Samsung launches four low Budget Galaxy Series Smartphones – Galaxy Star 2, the Galaxy Core II, Galaxy Young 2 and Galaxy Ace 4
Samsung which is known as one of the smartphone company launched many new products this year in the global market. One after other Samsung is launching really good looking and valuable products in the global market.
Now again Samsung has launched four new affordable Android smartphone to tackle the affordable segment of Smartphone in global smart phone. The four new smartphone are Galaxy Star 2, the Galaxy Core II, Galaxy Young 2 and Galaxy Ace 4. The South Korean giant has not revealed any details about the price and availability in global market.
The Four new smartphone Galaxy Star 2, the Galaxy Core II, Galaxy Young 2 and Galaxy Ace 4 run on Android 4.4 Kitkat Operating system. According to Samsung Tomorrow, Galaxy Star 2, the Galaxy Core II, and Galaxy Young 2 have Dual-SIM capabilities, and the Galaxy Ace 4 is a single SIM device and has been available in two variants 3G and LTE.
Samsung Galaxy Core II has 4.5-inch TFT WVGA display with resolution of 480X800 pixels. The device is powered by a quad – core processor which is clocked at 1.2GHz. The device has a rear camera of 5 – megapixel with autofocus and LED flash and front facing VGA camera. The processor of the device is coupled with 768 MB RAM. The smartphone has inbuilt storage of 4GB which is expandable up to 64GB via microSD card and 2000mAh battery. It is available in two variants in global market Black and White.
Galaxy Ace 4 LTE variant has dimension 121.4×62.9x11millimeter and weighs 130.3gms; while 3G variant has dimension 121.4×62.9×10.8millimeter and weighs 123.8gms. The LTE variant has 1GB RAM and is powered with 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 1800mAh battery; while 3G variant has 512GB RAM and is backed by 1GHz dual-core processor and 1500mAh battery. Some common specifications of the variants are 4-inch TFT WVGA display, rear camera of 5-megapixel and front facing VGA camera.
The device comes with connectivity options like A-GPS, WI-Fi b/g/n, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, and Micro-USB. Both the variants will be available in two color variants Classic White and Iris Charcoal.
Samsung Galaxy Young 2 has a 3.5-inch HVGA TFT display with resolution 320X480 pixels and is backed by 1GHz single-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. The device has a rear camera of 3-megapixel with fixed focus. The device has inbuilt storage of 4GB and expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone has connectivity options like GLONASS, Wi-Fi b/g/n, A-GPS, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, and Micro-USB. The dimensions of the device are 109.8×59.9×11.8 millimeter and weighs 108gms. The device is backed with a battery of 1300mAh and available in two colors variants – White and Iris Charcoal.
Samsung Galaxy Star 2 has 3.5- inch HVGA TFT display with a resolution of 320X480 pixels and is backed with single-core Spreadtrum processor which is clocked at 1GHz and coupled with 512MB of RAM. The smartphone has fixed focus rear camera of 2-megapixel and has internal memory of 4GB which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The device does not support 3G network and has identical dimensions as Galaxy Young 2. The device is backed up with a battery of 1300mAh.
In addition, the Galaxy Young 2 and Star 2 have eight downloadable Gameloft games for users.
