Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 first Windows Phone Launched at Rs 5,999
Earlier reports have claimed that Karbonn will launch a mid – range budget windows 8.1 phone, but they have really shocked us by launching a phone that is just 5,999 INR. But there is no information if the smartphone will be available to retailers too.

The Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 features a 4 – inch WVGA Display, which has a resolution of 480×480 pixels (a quite low resolution). The smartphone is powered up by a 1.2 GHz Quad – core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 200) and it has been coupled up with 512 MB of RAM. Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 supports Dual – SIM cards (3G+2G).

The Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 runs on the latest Windows 8.1 Mobile operating system and is very much similar to all Nokia Lumia handsets. The smartphone sports a 5 – megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED Flash for clearer and non-shaky images. The device also in-houses a 0.3 – megapixel front camera for video-chatting and taking selfies, however a 0.3 megapixel camera won’t be good enough for selfies (a down point).

Coming to the storage capacity, the Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 smartphone has an inbuilt storage capacity of 4 GB (Total Space) but it has a micro SD card slot, so users should not worry about storage. The phone supports micro SD cards of up to 32 GB in size.

The Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 is currently available in White variant only and it is available exclusively at Amazon India. Users purchasing the smartphone will get 15 GB of free OneDrive Cloud Storage and will also get Microsoft Office Pre-installed on the device.
