OnePlus has announced the sale of OnePlus X Champagne Edition smartphone. The other two versions of OnePlus X – Onyx and Ceramic is already launched in other markets. First it was said that the OnePlus X Champagne Edition phone will exclusively sell in China, but now the company has said that they will launch the phone in all targeting markets. The OnePlus X Champagne Edition will start selling this Tuesday in Europe and the phone will be available in other markets soon. The sale of the Champagne Edition phone will be on first – come, first – served basis weekly sale, but who have the invite of OnePlus X can purchase the phone any day.

The OnePlus X Champagne Edition smartphone is listed on the company’s website in China which has a price tag of CNY 1599 (around Rs 16500). It is the same price as the OnePlus X Onyx smartphone. You will also not see any difference in the specification of the OnePlus X Champagne Edition.

To recall the specification of OnePlus X, we would like to tell you that it is a 5 Inch screen phone with 1080X1920 pixel resolution. It is powered with 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded with microSD card up to 128GB. The camera part of the phone has 13 Megapixel of rear camera and 8 Megapixel of front facing the camera. It is dual SIM smartphone which has connectivity features like 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi,  and GPS. The phone is backed with a 2525 mAh battery.

Announcing about the Champagne Edition the co-found of OnePlus Carl Pei said, “This year 2015 will be remembered as the year where the company marked that OnePlus is here to stay. Growing as fast as we have in two years, we have a lot of areas we need to improve. As we enter our third year, a lot of our shortcomings become inexcusable. In 2016, there is no excuse for any part of OnePlus to not live up to, if not exceed, industry standards.”
