The problem with the fingerprint scanner is that someone who has your fingerprints can create a duplicate fingerprint to unlock your phone. The iris scanner can only be unlocked with your eyes.

If Samsung uses iris scanner in the Samsung Galaxy S7 then it will surely increase the price of the handset. The rumour that Samsung will use iris scanner comes from a Poland-based website. The website says that iris scanner could increase the price of Samsung Galaxy S7 than its predecessor Galaxy S6.

It is also expected that Samsung Galaxy S7 will use Snapdragon 820 processor. There is also some news that other variants of this phone will use Exynos 8 Octa 8890 SoC made by Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy S7 is expected to launch in 2016. The company is planning to announce the device in Samsung Unpacked 2016 event which will be held in MWC 2016 conference.
