Nokia 6 is recently launched by HMD Global and we have got a new exciting news about the Nokia branded phones. The company might be working on its own text and the voice-based virtual assistant named ‘Viki’.
As per the news, the company “Nokia Solutions and Networks” recently filed for a trademark in the European Union for the name “Viki”.
The filing says,
“Software for the creation and monitoring of mobile and Web digital assistants working with knowledge and combining all data sources into a single chat and voice-based interface.”
If this news is true then Nokia will be competing with Google Assistant, Siri, and Cortana in mobile phone industry. Nokia which has done a really good business in the past and now, HMD global is again thinking to bring Nokia back in the market.
Nokia 6 launched
Nokia 6 is recently launched in China which has a price of RMB 1699 (approx Rs. 17,000). It is a dual SIM phone and it has a 5.5 inch 2.5D curved screen. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass.
The phone is powered by a qualcomm snapdragon 430 octacore processor – 64 bit clocked at 1.5GHz with Adreno 505 GPU. It runs on Android Nougat version 7.0.
It has 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. Camera wise, it has a 16MP PDAF camera and dual tone LED flash. It has an 8MP selfie camera.
Connectivity wise, it has 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi, dual speakers, Dolby ATMOS, Bluetooth 4.1 and OTG support. There is a fingerprint sensor. It is backed by a 3000mAh non-removable battery.
